Judge after judge is now ruling that banning same-sex couples from marriage is unconstitutional.

What other decision could a rational adjudicator make? It's really simple when it comes down to it that we cannot tell taxpaying citizens that they are excluded from a right that their neighbors have just because of a difference in gender.
